NIOKA BEEF

Our Nioka Estate Grown Black Angus range is made using hormone free beef, available for pick up only. Our cattle are grass fed before being finished over 120 days on a grain ration that includes nutrient-rich spent grain from the brewing and distilling process at Hope Estate. This finishing program supports improved marbling and produces beef with fuller flavour, better tenderness and more consistent eating quality. This range includes a variety of beef products suited to everyday cooking, from mince and sausages through to slow cooking cuts, pies and specialty items.
