A single barrel of super strong New England IPA was aged for 9 months in a Damy French oak, medium grain, light toast Hogshead. A very unique and interesting beer, hazy and dark orange in colour, candied citrus aromas, compote of stewed fruits, honey and coconut flavours. Hand bottled and crown sealed, an all natural beer both unfiltered with zero carbonation added.
