Well Hello, 22 Beers on-tap! Oh Hi, 9 brand new Artisan Gins, Vodkas & Moonshines to try! Yes please, 15 Wines on tasting! We must be heading to 2213 Broke Rd, Pokolbin aka Hope Estate!
Hope Estate have this week pulled back the maskings and finally started to show off a renovation to their Cellar Door. There’s no denying, the Estate’s 1960s décor was a total mood identifiable as Hope Estate, but just wait for the wow because their new look Cellar Door is maximum warehouse-chic, exciting and shiny! Making use of the mammoth space that was hidden behind the cladded walls and stacks of wine barrels, Hope Estate’s Cellar Door is all about the beverage. We know their Hope Brewery range packs a punch with over 40 varieties of Beer in their bottle shop, but we are so excited to hear that they have upped their game from 12 Beers on tap and are now showcasing 22 Beers on tap! From Pales, to Lagers, to Porters to German beers we cannot wait to grab a paddle or two or three…
Not to mention they have released four brand new German-style beers just in time for Oktoberfest! What?!! Hefeweizen, Munich Lager, Festbier and Imperial Hefeweizen will be flowing throughout October. Wunderbar!
Wines are truly on show with 15 varieties on tasting from Hope Estate, Tower Winery and Virgin Hills. The Hope Estate wine tasting is a hosted session at your table offering guests the chance to cut through the wine snobbery and simply ask those questions you’ve been interested to know like, what makes a red wine red? What’s all the fuss about Hunter Valley Semillon and Aged Semillon?
With over 30 wines in the bottle shop you will have a fantastic selection to choose from including locally grown, varietals from other Australian regions, plus a range of vintages giving you the option to drink now or cellar your wine to enjoy later.
Not just a nip of straight alcohol like other distilleries, Hope Estate are changing the game with their newly announced Hope Distillery tasting paddles. Your choice of either a Gin Paddle or a Vodka & Moonshine Paddle will be the highlight of your day. Hope Distillery’s pot distilled artisan and botanical infused spirits are really something to Instagram about! Each paddle comes with a taste of four spirits highlighted by a matched garnish, the cutest mini bucket of ice and a mixer. So you can taste it straight, then dilute it to your optimum cocktail level!
